I’ve been thinking about writing something similar for a while as the history of bras and the cultural constructs about them (including false “scientific” ones) are very revealing.

I go braless all summer, sports bra/bralette type contraptions in winter or pasties (I’m a bit self conscious about “smuggling raisins”). I like how my figure looks better without them and they are so uncomfortable and demoralizing to try in and find the right one. I should really ditch the others, since I haven’t worn them in years. Frack people’s discomfort or ignorance.
